    Very unhelpful on the phone. Called to enquire about passport photos. After going through a few enquirers which went unanswered, was finally told very rudely that they're not taking photos anyway and I'd have to go somewhere else. Probably could have led with that. Won't bother even going into this store if that's the attitude you get.

    As almost all the other reviews have said the customer service is just dreadful, staff have the worst attitudes and would prefer you to leave empty handed than to help with posting or receiving mail. I must have visited the post shop 10 times and every time it is the same, everything's a drama and no one wants to help.
